Yin Yoga

Hatha is the original form of Yoga intended for deep meditation. Hatha Yoga has has been adapted to a flow of sequences with slow movements to enable a deep focus on mindful movements and the breath. Hatha Yoga encourages alignment, stretching and relaxation of the muscles which brings peace to the mind and body.

If you are looking for a fast-paced style of Yoga, Vinyasa Flow is for you! Vinyasa is a series of movements linked to the breath creating body strength, strengthening the joints and enhancing flexibility, muscular definition and balance. Vinyasa Flow is a great full body workout and will leave you feeling re-energised. 

"We don't use the body to get into the pose, we use the pose to get into the body". Yin is a slow and more meditative form of Yoga that creates calmness and inner balance allowing you to tune into your body. Holding each pose allows you to stretch and lengthen rarely-used tissues and deepen the stretch through breath-work.
